My career began in the Oil & Gas industry, where I had the privilege to serve 18 Years in reputed companies at senior and responsible positions. Over the years, I gained extensive experience in Operations, maintenance, and project execution within Oil & Gas Projects & Commissioning with techno-commercial work experience.
After Executive MBA from IIM, Nagpur in 2022, I stepped away from corporate service to pursue our vision of “Prabal Karam Sidhhant” establishing KNY Bizz Associates. Since then, along with KNY team & commitment towards work, ethics and commitment towards synergy for completion of Project with Clients as Business partners, we are currently executed numerous large-scale projects involving structural fabrication, piping work, erection and integrated industrial services at HRRL, Pachpadra for reupdated Clients TPL, Thermax Ltd, MEIL and Larson & Toubro Ltd. Our reputation is built on dedication, timely execution and the ability to consistently deliver quality service tailored to our clients’ needs.
